What is TiviMate?
TiviMate is one of the best IPTV players available for Android TV and Amazon Firestick. It supports M3U playlists, EPG guides, multiple streams, and has a clean TV-friendly interface. It’s the recommended app for IPTVSup subscribers.
What You Need
- An Android TV device, Amazon Firestick, or Fire TV Cube
- Your IPTVSup credentials (username, password, M3U URL) — received by email after purchase
- A stable internet connection (15 Mbps+ recommended)
Step 1 — Install TiviMate from the App Store
On your Android TV or Firestick, open the Google Play Store or Amazon App Store and search for TiviMate IPTV Player. Install the free version. For full features (multiple playlists, recording, catch-up), upgrade to TiviMate Companion inside the app.
Step 2 — Open TiviMate and Add a Playlist
- Launch TiviMate on your device.
- Tap Add Playlist on the welcome screen.
- Select M3U Playlist as the playlist type.
- Choose Enter URL and paste your IPTVSup M3U URL (found in your welcome email).
- Tap Next and wait for the playlist to load.
Step 3 — Add the EPG Guide (Electronic Programme Guide)
- After the playlist loads, go to Settings → Playlist → EPG URL.
- Paste your EPG URL (provided in your welcome email alongside your M3U link).
- Tap Update EPG and wait a few minutes for the guide to download.
- You’ll now see programme schedules for all supported channels.
Step 4 — Start Watching
Navigate the channel list using your remote. Use the OK / Select button to start a stream. You can favourite channels, create custom groups, and access VOD content from the main menu.
Recommended TiviMate Settings
- Player — Use the built-in player; switch to ExoPlayer if you have buffering issues
- Buffer size — Set to 30 seconds for stable HD/4K streams
- Auto-update EPG — Enable daily updates for the freshest schedule data
- Stream type — Leave on Auto; switch to TS if channels don’t load
Troubleshooting
- Channels not loading — Check your internet speed; restart the app; verify your M3U URL is correct
- Buffering — Increase buffer size in settings or switch the player to ExoPlayer
- EPG not showing — Re-enter the EPG URL and tap Update EPG manually
- Playlist expired — Your subscription may have expired; renew at iptvsup.com
